Specific artwork was approved by the NFLA for custom-printed golf balls with the NFLA and Amada logos. The customization companies 4Imprint and Titleist Custom Golf Balls have permission to print the NFLA logo golf balls for Amada. Request the artwork by sending an email to Marketing@AmadaSeniorCare.com.

TAKE NOTE: When referencing Amada's relationship with the NFLA, you are allowed to say "Amada Senior Care is the proud partner and exclusive in-home care provider for the NFL Alumni." That's it. You may vocalize but can not use that sentence on a flier or in any way that suggests an endorsement or tagline. We suggest leaving the NFLA-logoed tri-fold brochure and business card when you're talking about our relationship.
