How do I request a customized flyer, brochure, print ad, tradeshow item or other marketing piece?

Please submit a ticket to the Support Desk at https://amadaseniorcare.com/support. On this page, you can make your request known by clicking on the “add a ticket” button.

Fill out the online form you’re your name, AFI number, email address, subject matter, and then provide a detailed description of the project. Remember to select “Marketing” from the drop-down menu in the Department field. Attach any photos or samples related to the project. Finally, remember to include a deadline for when you need the materials.

The Marketing Department strives to complete requests within two business days, but please don’t wait just before a deadline to submit a request. The earlier the better, as this gives us the opportunity to efficiently manage the project and meet your needs in a timely manner. Time management also allows us to take on those last-minute requests that we understand do come up from time to time.
